QA/QC Introduction

QC / technical support:
Product quality checks are conducted in-house by our specialized QC staff. Our quality control staff is composed of engineers, technicians and trained inspectors. Production staff members are also trained to perform QC tests. Our staff is highly efficient, skillful, adept and competent.

Procedures / testing details:
All raw materials and components are checked carefully for flaws before production begins. All products undergo strict QC inspections at each stage of production. Random selections of products are done for added quality assurance. All finished products receive a comprehensive inspection during packaging before delivery is authorized. We conduct all QC tests with our modern machinery developed exclusively in-house for complete quality control. All tests are performed in accordance with AQL standards.

Other information:
Our laboratory uses a thermo-hygrograph machine to consistently control temperature and humidity. Inspections are carried out using state-of-the-art facilities, such as analytical balance, measuring microscope, profile projector, salt spray tester and testing runway.
